For spring and summer starts, 6-12 weeks ahead of your ideal start date. Complex scopes (engineered walls, full outdoor living, drainage work) often need 12-16 weeks for design, estimate, and permit coordination to clear before excavation begins.
McCoy was founded in 2001 and has been owner-operated since 2024 by Alex and Pieter - both long-time McCoy crew before they bought the company together. They run every Mississauga build personally: site walk, design, install, final wash-down.
